WebThe following bylaws are adopted by Local 441 in accordance with the CUPE National Constitution (Articles 13.3 and B.5.1), to protect the rights of all members, to provide for responsible governance of the Local Union, and to involve as many members of the Local Union as possible through the sharing of duties and responsibilities. WebFinancial statements. Every year, CUPE issues audited financial statements, giving all members a clear picture of the union’s finances. The statements are audited by an independent accounting firm and conform to accepted accounting practices. CUPE’s financial statements are independently audited by Deloitte LLP.
